摘  要:针对传统的磁引信系统大多基于金属涡流效应、电磁感应及霍尔效应,在进行目标探测时存在高温环境下效果差,探测灵敏度低以及对目标磁场要求较强等缺点,提出了高灵敏度隧道磁电阻(TMR)传感器移植于制导与引信系统的技术途径,并由此设计了一种基于TMR传感器的微磁物理场探测器。该探测器以TMR传感器为敏感元件并包含了相应的信号处理电路,电路包括差分输入、射频干扰及混叠干扰滤波、敏感信号放大、高阶低通滤波以及电源模块。仿真实验分析表明,该探测器至少能够实现8m以上对坦克、装甲车等铁磁目标的预警,完全能够达到磁引信的需求并较传统磁引信显著提高了探测距离。The traditional magnetic fuze systems are mostly based on metal eddy current,electromagnetic induction and Hall effect,which have some shortcomings such as poor effect in high temperature environment,low detection sensitivity and need strong target magnetic field in the target detection.For this problem,this paper proposed a technique of transplanting TMR sensors into guidance and fuze systems and designed a micro-magnetic field detector based on TMR sensors.The detector used a TMR sensor as a sensing element and included a corresponding signal processing circuit.The circuit contained a differential input,a radio frequency interference and aliasing interference filter,a sensitive signal amplification,a high-order low-pass filter,and a power module.Simulation and experiment analysis showed that the detector could achieve at least 8 meters warning of ferromagnetic targets such as tanks and armored vehicles,fulfilled the requirements of magnetic fuze and significantly improved the detection distance compared with traditional magnetic fuzes.
