摘　　要：息肉状脉络膜血管病变(PCV)是一种在亚洲人群中发病率较高的慢性进展性黄斑病变,其特点为视网膜下橘红色结节样病灶和吲哚青绿血管造影(indocyanine green angiography,ICGA)所显示的异常分支状脉络膜血管网及其末梢的息肉状脉络膜血管扩张灶。在过去数十年中,对PCV的理解有了突飞猛进的进展。Polypoidal choroidal vasctdopathy(PCV)is a chronic and progressive maculopathy that frequently attacks Asians.It is marked by the abnormal branching choroidal vasoganglion and polypoidal choroidal hemangiectasis revealed in tangerine nodal nidus and indocyanine green angiography inside the retina.During the last few decades,we rapidly understood the pathology of the exudative macular degeneration and realized the importance of PCV.In this paper,we major on the essential issue and research progress of PCV upon the recognition,diagnosis and treatment.
