前庭康复训练联合帕罗西汀治疗持续性姿势-知觉性头晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察前庭康复训练联合帕罗西汀治疗持续性姿势-知觉性头晕临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月于该院住院诊断为持续性姿势-知觉性头晕患者28例作为研究对象,将其按入组顺序分为治疗组和对照组,每组14例。治疗组接受前庭康复训练联合帕罗西汀治疗,对照组仅接受帕罗西汀治疗。比较2组在入组时和治疗8周后的焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)和眩晕残障量表(DHI)评分。结果治疗8周后,2组DHI、HADS评分较入组时均有改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组DHI、HADS评分改善更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前庭康复训练联合帕罗西汀有利于持续性姿势-知觉性头晕的治疗。Objective To Observe the clinical efficacy of vestibular rehabilitation combined with paroxetine in the treatment of persistent postural-perceptual dizziness.Methods Twenty-eight patients with persistent posture-perceptual dizzi-ness were enrolled and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of group,with 14 cases in each group.The treatment group received vestibular rehabilitation training combined with paroxetine,and the control group re-ceived only paroxetine.The anxiety and depression scale(HADS)and the vertigo disability scale(DHI)scores of the 2 groups at the time of enrollment and after 8 weeks of treatment were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the DHI and HADS scores of the two groups were improved compared with the enrollment group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the DHI and HADS scores in the treatment group were significantly im-proved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vestibular rehabilitation combined with par-oxetine is beneficial for the treatment of persistent postural-perceptual dizziness.
