摘 要:黏度、抗氧化性和抗磨性是液压油的3个主要特性,对决定其使用寿命有重要作用。向200N/II类基础油中加入不等量长链伯醇基双锌ZDDP抗氧添加剂T203,使其在170℃和铜催化剂作用下氧化,每隔一定时间抽取油样并对其中一试油补充T203使其名义浓度逐渐增加,分析抽取油样的黏度、傅里叶变换红外光谱氧化深度、四球磨损试验试球的磨痕尺寸及其表面形貌随氧化时间的变化,以探索延长在用液压油使用寿命/减少废油生成的新方法。结果表明:在油液氧化过程中每间隔一定时间补充抗氧添加剂T203可以降低油液的氧化速度,增加其使用寿命;维持油液的抗磨能力;抑制由于基础油中间氧化产物聚和使油液黏度上升,有利于润滑油膜厚度的稳定。Viscosity,anti-oxidation and anti-wear property are three main performances of hydraulic oil and play an important part in determining its service life.Different amounts of long chain primary alcohol ZDDP(Zinc Dialkyl Dithiophosphates)anti-oxidation additive T203 were added to 200N Group II base oil before and during its elevated temperature(170℃)oxidation processes at specific interval to explore a new approach to lengthen the oil-in-use service life.The kinematic viscosity,oxidation degree by FTIR analysis,the specimen balls wear scar diameters as well as their surface topographies by four ball test of the test oil samples taken during the oxidation process were measured.The results show that by supplementing T203 additive at regular intervals during the oxidation process:the oxidation speed of base oil can be decreased;wear resistance of the oil can be maintained because of T203 s inherent anti-wear characteristics;the oil s viscosity increasing inclination caused by the polymerization of oxidation intermediates can be restrained.
