摘 要:针对泵车臂架电液控制系统的非线性时滞问题,提出基于一种时间序列法的时滞补偿算法。该算法首先需要记录臂架末端的原始振动位移,根据这些历史数据,采用时间序列法对后续臂架振动姿态进行预测,根据预测结果,对系统中可能存在的非线性时滞进行动态补偿,从而为系统后续的运动轨迹提供有效参考,确保在后续运动时,为系统提供准确的臂架阀控缸位置信息和速度控制信息。通过实验验证,该方法有效可行,动态补偿效果好,其研究成果将会应用到十三五规划项目中。A time delay compensation algorithm was proposed to solve the nonlinear time delay problem of the electro-hydraulic control system of the truck boom.The original vibration displacement of the boom end was needed to record.According to the historical data,time series method was used to predict the subsequent arm frame vibration attitude.According to the prediction results,nonlinear time delay may existed in the system was compensated dynamically.It provided effective reference trajectory for the system,to ensure that accurate arm valve controlled cylinder position and speed information could be provided for the system in the follow-up motion.The experimental results show that the method is effective and feasible,and the dynamic compensation effect is good.The research results will be applied to the 13th Five-Year planning projects.
