摘 要:高速无菌砖式饮料灌装机结构复杂,控制点多,既有对温度、压力、液位、流量等的过程控制,又有对包装机械速度和位移的运动控制,而且整个生产过程必须处于严密的监控之下。同时,该系统还有稳定性以及高速性的要求。针对这些特点,确定了上下位机的控制模式,并设计了以PLC为控制核心、附带两个独立控制模块的控制系统。结果表明:该控制系统实现了高速运转过程中实时的、高精度的控制,且方便工人操作以及监控系统运行状态。研究成果为多点控制的机电设备控制系统设计提供了参考。High speed aseptic brick drink filling machine has complex structures and many control points.There are not only the process control aiming to temperature,pressure,liquid level,flow,but also the motion control for speed and displacement of the packing machine.And the whole production process must be under tight control.Meanwhile,this system has requirements of stability and high-speed.Based on these characteristics,the control mode of upper and lower computer was confirmed.And control system was designed.It contained PLC,the kernel control part,and two independent control modules.The results show that real-time and high precision control can be achieved in high speed processing through the control system,and it provided convenience to workers for manipulating and monitoring the machine.The research findings can provide basis for the control system design of electromechanical equipments including many control points.
