摘　　要：目的:通过对不同肿瘤学科收治相同DRG组手术管理数据进行回顾性研究,为医院学科发展提供建议。方法:运用统计学方法进行不同学科间管理学指标对照分析、并发症分析、住院时间相关性因素分析等。结果:不同学科GB23组、GB25组、GB15组分别在术前住院时间、手术时间、术中出血、住院费用等方面具有统计学差异;3个学科3个DRG组住院时间均长于市属医院平均值;导致住院时间延长的因素为术前住院时间、会诊及术后住院时间。结论:规范术前评估及MDT管理、运用DRG进行质量及学科评价具有重要意义。Objectives:To provide suggestions on hospital disciplines development through retrospective research on operation management data of different oncology department but hospitalize same DRG surgical operation.Methods:Management index,complication and average length of stay between different disciplines were compared by statistics.Results:Statistical variety exists in group GB23,GB25 and GB15 of different discipline in index of hospital stay before operation,duration of surgery,bleeding during operation and hospitalization expenses.Average length of stay in 3 DRG groups in 3 disciplines are all longer than that of municipal hospitals.Factors influence average length of stay are stay before operation,consultation and stay after operation.Conclusions:It is important to regulate evaluation before operation and MDT management,as well as quality and subject assess through DRG method.
