中医医院临床护理学科评估促进学科发展实践

摘　　要：目的:建立一套科学、客观、可行的中医医院临床护理学评估体系,促进临床护理学科的发展。方法:根据《全国中医医院分级管理评审标准》《浙江省三级综合医院评审标准》《浙江省中医医院分级管理评审标准》等各类评审标准,在医院医学学科评估的基础上,由护理部学术委员会讨论确立指标内涵、考核方法及权重,建立临床护理学科评估体系,实施后开展效果评价。结果:构建了包含护理质量、护理安全、科室业务综合指标、专科业务建设、人才培养、科研教学6项一级指标和31项二级指标的中医院临床护理学科评估体系,提高了护理质量和护理安全,提升了专科业务能力,人才培养有了长足进步,科研实力有了显著提升。结论:护理学科评估是对各护理单元综合实力进行横向和纵向的比较和科学、有效的衡量,有利于各护理单元找出存在的问题,明确发展方向,促进临床护理学科的发展。Objective:To establish a scientific,objective and feasible clinical nursing evaluation system in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals to promote the development of clinical nursing.Method:According to Assessment standards of hierarchical management for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in China,Assessment standards for comprehensive tertiary hospitals in Zhejiang province,Assessment standards of hierarchical management for Zhejiang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,based on the assessment of the hospital medical disciplines,the Academic Committee of the Nursing Department discussed indicators of content,assessment method and the weight,and established the assessment system of clinical nursing disciplines.Results:Clinical nursing assessment system of Zhejiang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine which contains 6Ⅰlevel and 31Ⅱlevel indexes has been developed.SixⅠlevel indexes include quality and safety of nursing,integrated index of department business,development of college business,talent cultivation,scientific research and teaching.The qualities of nursing and nursing safety were improved,the ability of professional business was improved,and some great progress was made in the training of talents,and the strength of scientific research has been greatly improved.Conclusions:The evaluation of nursing discipline is a scientific and effective measurement of the comprehensive strength of each nursing unit.It is beneficial for all nursing units to find out the existing problems,clear the direction of development,and promote the development of clinical nursing discipline.
