摘 要:目的分析羊膜移植治疗早期重度眼外伤所致角膜溃疡的效果。方法以2015-03至2017-03吉林省人民医院眼科早期重度眼外伤所致角膜溃疡患者86例为研究对象,以2015-03至2016-02采取常规治疗患者作为对照组(n=43),2016-03至2017-03采取羊膜移植术治疗患者作为观察组(n=43),比较两组疗效。结果对照组治疗有效率为72.09%,并发症发生率为16.28%;观察组治疗有效率为90.70%,并发症发生率为2.33%,两组治疗有效率与并发症发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后8周对患者进行回访,与对照组相比,观察组术后畏光、流泪、眼痛和角膜水肿四种症状消失时间明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羊膜移植术可迅速帮助早期重度眼外伤所致角膜溃疡的恢复完整性,促进角膜修复、维护眼表稳定。Objective The objective of this study was to analyze the therapeutic efficacy of amniotic membrane transplantation on corneal ulcer caused by severe ocular trauma.Methods 86 cases of early corneal ulcer patients caused by severe ocular trauma in Jilin People's Hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as study subjects.43 patients who were given routine care treatment from March 2015 to February 2016 were the control group.The observation group(n=43)was provided with amniotic membrane transplantation treatment from March 2016 to March 2017.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 72.09%,and the incidence of complications was 16.28%;while the figures in the observation group were 90.70%and 2.33%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8 weeks after the surgery,the patients were re-visited.Compared with the control group,the disappearance time for postoperative photophobia,tears,eye pain and corneal edema were significantly shortened in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The amniotic membrane transplantation can rapidly restore the integrity of early corneal ulcer caused by severe ocular trauma,promote corneal repair and maintain ocular stability.
