摘  要:青少年校外教育是连接学校教育和家庭教育的重要纽带,社会上往往重视学校教育、家庭教育而忽视青少年校外教育的特殊作用,本文通过文献、实地调研,找出当前社区学院开展青少年校外教育的现状及问题,提出了三维一体的青少年校外教育理论框架,并以余姚社区学院姚创客举办的三大假期青少年实践活动为例,探讨青少年校外教育的创新实践路径。School education is an important link of adolescent school education and family education,the special role in society tend to attach importance to school education and family education to the neglect of school education for young people,through literature and field research,to find out the current community college after-school teaching present situation and problems of education,proposed after-school education theoretical framework of three in one.The three major holidays in Yuyao Community College Chuangke Yao held youth practice activities as an example,discusses the innovation path of practice school education of teenagers.
