康复护理干预对缺血性脑卒中患者生存质量的影响价值评估

摘　　要：目的:总结康复护理干预对缺血性脑卒中患者生存质量的影响价值。方法:选择86;例缺血性脑卒中患者,根据1:1比例分为采取常规护理的对照组(n=43)以及采取康复护理的实验组(n=43),对比缺血性脑卒中患者的生存质量以及情绪变化情况。结果:护理前两组患者情绪评分、生存质量评分对比,P>0.05;差异无显著性。护理后对比护理前情绪评分、生存质量评分均有改善,实验组改善幅度大于对照组,P<0.05;差异有统计学意义。结论:对缺血性脑卒中患者而言,康复护理干预可以提高其生存质量、改善其负性情绪状态,利于整体康复。objective:to summarize the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the survival quality of patients with ischemic stroke.Method:choose 86 cases of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients,according to the proportion of 1:1 divided into taking routine nursing care in control group(n=43),and take the rehabilitation nursing group(n=43),contrast of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients quality of life and emotional changes.Results:there was no significant difference in emotional score and survival quality score between the two groups before nursing.After nursing,the emotional score and survival quality score were improved after nursing,and the improvement of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group,and the difference of P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:for patients with ischemic stroke,rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve their quality of life,improve their negative emotional state,and facilitate the overall recovery.
