蛇枝黄苓汤联合甲氨蝶呤化疗在颅内原发性淋巴瘤术后患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨蛇枝黄苓汤联合甲氨蝶呤化疗在颅内原发性淋巴瘤术后患者中临床效果。方法:选取颅内原发性淋巴瘤术后患者共70例,随机分组,对照组采用甲氨蝶呤化疗方案,观察组采用蛇枝黄苓汤联合甲氨蝶呤化疗方案,对比两组患者的临床疗效及毒副作用。结果:治疗3个月后,临床有效率观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨髓抑制发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);脱发发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蛇枝黄苓汤联合甲氨蝶呤化疗在颅内原发性淋巴瘤术后患者中的临床疗效满意,蛇枝黄苓汤具有建毒增效的作用,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the She Zhi Huang Ling decoction combined with high dose methotrexate chemotherapy in postoperative patients of primary intracranial lymphoma patients.Methods:a total of 70 patients with primary intracranial lymphoma were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with high dose methotrexate chemotherapy.The observation group was treated with snake branch Huangling decoction combined with high dose methotrexate chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy and toxic and side effects of the two groups were compared.Results:after 3 months of treatment,the clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of myelosuppression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of hair loss was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of She Zhi Huang Ling decoction combined with high dose methotrexate chemotherapy in postoperative patients of primary intracranial lymphoma was satisfactory,the She Zhi Huang Ling decoction has synergism effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
