华蟾素胶囊对肺癌脑转移化疗患者唾液酸水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨华蟾素胶囊对肺癌脑转移患者唾液酸水平及治疗效果的影响。方法:选取肺癌脑转移患者共87例,其中采用华蟾素胶囊治疗的患者41例作为观察组,未采用华蟾素胶囊治疗的患者46例作为对照组,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及唾液酸水平的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后与治疗前组内比较,均显著下降(P<0.05);观察组唾液酸显著低于对照组患者,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床缓解率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组骨髓抑制发生率显著低于对照组;脱发发生率显著低于对照组;观察组体重下降>20%发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:华蟾素胶囊能够显著提高肺癌脑转移患者的治疗效果,降低唾液酸水平,减轻毒副作用,临床效果满意。Objective:To investigate the effect of Cinobufacini capsule in chemotherapy patients with brain metastasis of lung cancer about sialic acid levels.Methods:a total of 87 patients with brain metastases from lung cancer were selected,of which 41 cases were treated with toad capsule as observation group,and 46 cases were treated with toad capsule as control group.The effect of clinical treatment and the changes of sialic acid level in the two groups were observed.Results:the comparison between the two groups was significantly lower than that in the pre treatment group(P<0.05).the sialic acid in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).the clinical remission rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of myelosuppression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of hair loss was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of>20%in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Cinobufacini capsule can significantly improve the effect of the treatment of patients with brain metastases from lung cancer,reduce the sialic acid level and reduce toxic side effects,clinical effect is satisfactory.
