急诊护理应用于肿瘤合并急性上消化道出血患者护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊护理在肿瘤合并急性上消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2017年2月至2018年3月期间治疗的60例肿瘤合并急性上消化道出血患者为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为常规护理,观察组为急诊护理,对比两组护理情况。结果:干预后,两组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于干预前,观察组低于对照组,观察组的止血时间低于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊护理在肿瘤合并急性上消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果显著,负面情绪得到控制,缩短了止血时间,提高了满意度,值得应用。objective:to explore the effect of emergency nursing in nursing of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:from February 2017 to March 2018,during the treatment of 60 patients with tumor complicating acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding as the research object,were divided into two groups,control group for routine care,observation group for emergency care,compared two groups of nursing.Results:after the intervention,two groups of anxiety and depression score lower than before the intervention,the observation group is lower than the control group and observation group is lower than the control group,the bleeding time satisfaction score higher than the control group,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:emergency nursing in patients with tumor complicating acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding the application effect is remarkable,negative emotions under control,shorten the bleeding time,improve the degree of satisfaction,is worthy of application.
