宫外孕护理中整体护理的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析宫外孕护理中整体护理的临床价值。方法:抽取2015年3月至2017年4月我院收治的84例宫外孕患者,根据护理方法将其分为两组,各42例。研究组实施整体护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比护理效果。结果:研究组患者焦虑抑郁评分及生活质量评分均优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为宫外孕患者实施整体护理,不仅能改善其不良情绪,还能提高生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推荐使用。objective:to analyze the clinical value of holistic nursing care in the ectopic pregnancy care.Methods:from March 2015 to April 2015,our hospital 84 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients according to nursing methods will be divided into two groups,all the 42 cases.The team to implement the overall care,the control group,routine nursing care effect.Results:the team score and quality of life in patients with anxiety depression score were superior to control group,nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:implement the overall nursing for patients with ectopic pregnancy,not only can improve the bad mood,also can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,worth clinical it is recommended to use.
