食管癌放射治疗所致食管粘膜炎症的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌放射治疗所致食管粘膜炎症的护理护理方式;方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年12月收治的食管癌并行放射治疗的患者90例为研究对象,比较两组患者放射性食管炎的病变程度和护理满意度;结果观察组患者的食管炎并变成程度限度低于对照组,护理满意度显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);结论优质护理有利于改善食管癌患者放疗过程中食管炎的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量和维持良好的护患关系,值得推荐。objective to study the nursing care of esophageal mucosal inflammation caused by radiotherapy of esophageal carcinoma;Methods select our hospital in January 2016-December 2017 concurrent radiotherapy in patients with esophagus carcinoma 90 cases as the research object,compared two groups of patients with lesion degree of radioactive esophagitis and nursing satisfaction;Results the esophagitis in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion quality nursing is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of esophagitis in patients with esophageal cancer,improve the quality of life of patients and maintain good nursing relationship.
