早期康复护理在老年心血管病护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:研究早期康复护理在老年心血管疾病护理工作中的具体运用方式及其价值。方法:随机选取我院自2015年6月~2017年6月所收治的100例心血管疾病老年患者。并按照入院时间先后顺序将其均等地分为观察组与对照组两个小组;其中观察组患者50例,采用早期康复护理,对照组患者50例,采取常规护理方式。并就两组患者的心理状况、生活质量水平以及护理满意度等具体指标进行对比分析。结果:在经过护理干预后,观察组患者心理状况得分96分,生活质量水平得分98分,护理满意度得分99分;对照组患者心理状况得分90分,生活质量水平得分88分,护理满意度得分89分,观察组各项指标得分情况均明显高于对照组。且两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在经过综合研究分析后发现,就老年心血管疾病患者而言,如果在护理服务的过程中尽快采用早期康复护理方法不仅能有效保障患者疾病治愈率的提高,更会对于患者日常生活质量水平的增强带来更为积极的影响,最终在有效促进患者护理满意度水平的同时,使得相关的护理服务工作迸发出新的动机与活力。Objective:To study the specific application and value of early rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of cardiovascular diseases in the elderly.Methods:100 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease were selected in our hospital from June 2015~2017 June.According to the time of admission,they were equally divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.Among them,50 patients in the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing,while 50 patients in the control group received routine nursing.And the two groups of patients'psychological status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction and other specific indicators were compared and analyzed.Results:after nursing intervention,the observation group patients psychological status score of 96 points,the level of quality of life score of 98,nursing satisfaction score of 99;the control group scores of the psychological status of patients with 90 points,the level of quality of life score of 88,nursing satisfaction score of 89 points,the indicators of the observation group scores were significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:after a comprehensive analysis shows that on elderly patients with cardiovascular disease,if in the process of nursing service as soon as possible by early rehabilitation nursing method can not only effectively protect the disease cure rate improvement,will enhance quality level for daily life of patients with more positive effects,ultimately in the effective promotion of nursing satisfaction the level of patients at the same time,the nursing service related to a new burst of motivation and vitality.
