健康教育在传染病患者护理中应用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究对传染病患者的护理中进行健康教育的效果。方法将2015年1月到2016年10月在我院接受治疗的56例艾滋病传染病患者随机分成两组,研究组28例以及常规组28例,对常规组给予常规的护理方法,而研究组在常规组的基础之上还要给予健康教育,最后对两组病患相关知识的掌握程度进行一个对比,以及对健康教育的满意程度。结果将健康教育实施后,研究组的人员对艾滋病传染病相关知识掌握度明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对艾滋病传染病患者实施健康教育是非常重要的,它可以让病患更好的掌握相关疾病的知识,以此来降低传染病的传染速度,并且在实际的运用当中,健康教育在传染病患者的护理工作当中取得的了明显的成效,可以在临床中大力的推广实施。Objective To analyze the effect of health education on the nursing of patients with infectious diseases.Methods from January 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 56 cases of HIV infection were randomly divided into two groups,the study group of 28 cases and 28 cases of normal group,given conventional nursing methods in routine group,while the study group also received health education on the basis of conventional group,the two groups of patients for master degree a comparison of related knowledge,and health education satisfaction.Results after the implementation of health education,the knowledge of AIDS related knowledge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the implementation of health education on AIDS infectious disease is very important,it can make patients better understand the relevant knowledge of the disease,in order to reduce the rate of infectious diseases,and in the actual use,health education in nursing patients with infectious diseases among the apparent effect,can be implemented vigorously in clinic.
