早期康复训练运用于糖尿病下肢骨折病人康复护理中的意义分析

摘　　要：目的:研究早期康复训练在糖尿病下肢骨折病患康复护理中的意义。方法:以2017年5月至2018年4月来我院进行治疗的90例糖尿病下肢骨折病患为研究对象,其中观察组(45例)应用早期康复训练,对照组(45例)采用常规的功能训练,护理后,以下肢肢体运动能力评分(FMA)和病患的满意度为评价标准来判定两组的护理效果。结果:观察组病患术后的FMA评分较对照组显著,且满意程度也高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复训练有助于加快恢复糖尿病下肢骨折病患的肢体运动能力,且增加病患的满意度,有推广应用价值。Objective:to study the significance of early rehabilitation training in rehabilitation nursing of diabetic lower limb fracture patients.Methods:in May 2017 to April 2018 to our hospital for treatment of 90 cases of diabetic lower limb fracture patients as the research object,the observation group(45 cases)applied early rehabilitation training,the function of the control group(45 cases)with normal training,after care,with lower limb movement ability score(FMA)and patient's satisfaction as the evaluation standard to determine the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:FMA score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the degree of satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:early rehabilitation training can accelerate the rehabilitation of diabetic patients with lower extremity fracture and increase their satisfaction.
