观察奥氮平治疗艾滋病合并精神障碍的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究观察奥氮平治疗艾滋病合并精神障碍的临床效果。方法:将2015年2月-2016年2月接收并以奥氮平治疗的30例艾滋病合并精神障碍患者设为研究组,实施治疗,同期收治并用利培酮治疗的30例同疾病为对照组,对比其结果。结果:研究组患者的BPRS精神病量表评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平能够改善艾滋病合并精神障碍患者的精神病状况,促进其积极配合治疗,价值颇高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of olanzapine in the treatment of AIDS with mental disorders.Methods:Thirty patients with AIDS-related mental disorders who were admitted to and treated with olanzapine from February 2015 to February 2016 were included in the study group,and 30 patients with the same disease who received treatment with risperidone at the same time served as the control group.the result.Results:The BPRS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Olanzapine can improve the mental status of AIDS patients with mental disorders,and promote their active treatment,which is of high value.
