摘 要:针对三相电压型的静止无功发生器(static var generator,SVG)并入电网时,直流侧电压存在着启动瞬时超调量过大,造成电容电抗等器件损害和保护装置的动作误差。在传统预充电阻+PI控制基础之上,直流侧电压采用一种Bang-Bang和模糊PI组合的控制算法,并运用了模糊规则多模切换控制器去确定阈值的切换值,最后在软件MATLAB/Simulink及实验样机(60 kVA)上进行分析与验证。发现直流侧的电容电压从零上升到期望值的静差率和超调量变小、且稳定后的纹波波动率也减小。结果表明了该组合控制算法优于传统预充电阻+PI控制策略的优点,具有良好的工程应用价值前景。When the three-phase voltage type static var generator(SVG)was to be incorporated into the power grid,the DC side voltage was too large to start the instantaneous overshoot,resulting in capacitive reactance and other device damage and protection device movement error.In the traditional precharge resistor+PI control based on DC side voltage of a Bang-Bang and fuzzy PI control algorithm was adopted,and the used of fuzzy rules to determine the threshold of the multimode switching controller and switching value,finally in the software Matlab/Simulink and experimental prototype(60 kVA)analysis and validation performed.It is important to note that the static rate and the overshoot of the DC side capacitor voltage rise from zero to zero,and the stable ripple rate is also reduced.The results show that the combination control algorithm is superior to the traditional pole charge resistance+PI control strategy,and have a fair prospect of engineering application.
