摘  要:心理契约的有效构建有利于增强辅导员对学校的归属感和认同感,提高工作的积极性,为高校思想政治教育的顺利开展提供保障。通过编制问卷并在辅导员群体中进行调查,研究辅导员视角下的心理契约履行现状,旨在为高校构建积极健康的辅导员心理契约提供对策建议。The effective construction of psychological contract is conducive to enhancing the sense of belonging and identity of the counselors to the school,improving the enthusiasm of the work,and providing a guarantee for the smooth development of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Through the compilation of questionnaires and investigation in the Counselor Group,this paper studies the status of psychological contract performance under the perspective of counselors,and provides suggestions for the construction of a positive and healthy psychological contract for colleges and universities.
