中医药保护肠黏膜屏障治疗炎症性肠病的研究进展

摘　　要：炎症性肠病(IBD),是发生于肠道黏膜及黏膜肌层,具有反复发作特点的慢性非特异性肠道疾病。其发病机制可能与患者的肠道黏膜屏障保护功能下降或破坏有关。通过对近5年单味中药、中药提取物和复方中药干预IBD的临床效果及作用机制进行分析总结,发现中医药能够保护修复肠道黏膜屏障、缓解IBD临床症状,并防止其复发,为IBD的进一步治疗提供新的方向。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic nonspecific intestinal disease characterized by recurrent episodes of intestinal mucosa and mucosal muscle.The pathogenesis may be related to the decline or destruction of intestinal mucosal barrier protection.For nearly five years,through single taste traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine extract and the clinical effect of compound Chinese medicine intervention in IBD and mechanism are analyzed,found that Chinese medicine can protect repair the intestinal mucosal barrier and alleviate IBD clinical symptom,and prevent its recurrence,a new direction for further treatment of IBD.
