摘 要:介绍了一种基于空气静压支承的自调心装置,可应用于回转对称零件的姿态调整中,可实现被调整姿态零件与装置间的无摩擦运动,保护零件表面质量;该装置采用球面自调心原理实现零件自动对心,采用真空负压实现零件调整后的姿态保持,减少人工调节和检测的反复迭代调整。采用空气静压支承的自调心装置对回转对称零件的姿态进行调整,并针对自调心装置中两个扣合零件的4个舵面分别进行5组实验,实验结果均满足零件轴线垂直度优于0.05 mm的要求;采用自调心装置相对于传统手工调节,其效率由0.5~1 h提高到5 min,效率提升明显。This paper introduces a self-aligning device based on the air hydrostatic support,which can be applied to the attitude adjustment of the symmetrical parts of the non-spherical gyroscope.The device can implement the frictionless movement between the part and the device to be adjusted,and hold the surface quality of the parts.Inside the device,automatic centering of parts is implemented by adopting spherical self-alig-ning principle,and posture adjustment after parts adjustment is implemented by adopting vacuum negative pressure.As reducing repeated iteration adjustment of manual adjustment and detection.The hydrostatic self-aligning device supported by hydrostatic pressure is used to adjust the posture of the symmetrical rota-ting parts.Five sets of experiments are carried out respectively on the four control surfaces of the two snap-fitting parts in the self-aligning device.The experimental results meet the verticality of the part axis Bet-ter than the requirements of 0.05mm.Using self-aligning device relative to the traditional manual adjust-ment,the efficiency increased from 0.5-1 hours to 5 minutes,the efficiency improved significantly.
