摘  要:汽车制动过程中制动系统的振动摩擦可能会引起制动尖叫,进而对汽车的舒适性带来影响,因此,针对汽车制动噪声的研究具有重要的理论与实际应用意义。在盘式制动系统实验台上模拟汽车五种不同的制动工况,并用B&K测试系统对不同制动工况所产生的制动噪声进行测试分析。通过对实验台的噪声信号进行分析可知,电机断电后的循环点刹车所产生的噪声最小,而电机带电情况下的紧急制动所产生的噪声最大。由五种工况下的噪声频率分布曲线可知,较大的声压级均是在2500Hz以内产生,其对噪声总体值的贡献最大,在考虑减噪时,可重点考虑低频段的声压级。In the process of automotive brake,vibration friction of the braking system may cause brake squeal noise,and then bring an impact on vehicle riding comfortableness.Therefore,it has significant theoretical and practical application significance for the study of automotive brake noise.Five different braking conditions of vehicles are simulated in the test bench of disc braking system,and with B&K testing systems,brake noise caused by different braking conditions were tested and analyzed.Through the analysis of the noise signals,the noise generated by cyclic taps on the brake after the motor is power off is minimum,while the noise produced by emergency braking as the motor is charged is maximum.According to the noise frequency distribution curves under five different conditions,greater sound pressure level are generated within 2500Hz,which makes the greatest contribution to the overall value of the maximum noise.When considering the noise reduction,lower frequency sound pressure level should be mainly considered.
