摘 要:文章分析了医院优势学科培育方向选择的具体方法,指出要做好发展环境的客观分析、学科布局的科学规划和建设思路的多维把握,并结合医院实践,阐述了优势学科培育的关键途径,提出要认清"融合"与"分化"的学科发展趋势,把领军人才、强大团队和重大项目等三大要素作为主要着力点来推动优势学科建设。最后,还从加强平台建设、促进交流协作、聚焦成果转化、突出技术特色等四个方面,进一步探讨了医院优势学科培育的实现之策。This paper analyses the methods of selecting the cultivation direction of hospital′s dominant disciplines and points out that hospitals should analyse the development environment objectively,design the discipline distribution scientifically,and harbor the construction thoughts multi-dimensionally.Based on the practical experience of Nanjing General Hospital,this paper expounds vital methods to develop preponderant disciplines,proposes that"fusion"and"differentiation"are the developing trend and regards the three major factors-leading talents,strong team,and major projects,as the critical points to prompt the cultivation of preponderant discipline.Lastly,the paper further discusses the implementation of cultivation through strengthening the platform construction,enhancing exchange and cooperation,focusing on achievement transformation and highlighting technical features.
