摘  要:目的:探究分层目标教学法在外科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年6月-2015年12月本院外科实习护生138名。按照实习时间的不同分为对照组65名(2013年6月-2014年6月)和观察组73名(2014年7月-2015年12月)。对照组采用常规带教,观察组采用分层目标教学法带教。比较两组护生带教后理论、技能成绩以及实习护生对带教的满意度。结果:观察组本科生、大专生、中专生护生的理论、技能成绩均显著高于同层次的对照组护生(P<0.05);观察组护生对教师态度、主动讲解、带教意识、操作示范能力、落实带教计划满意度分别为100%、98.63%、97.26%、100%、98.63%,均显著高于对照组的89.23%、84.62%、86.15%、87.69%、78.46%,比较差异均有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:分层目标教学法在外科护理带教中的应用,有利于护生综合素质的提升,提升护生理论知识水平及实践操作技能,效果显著,值得推广应用。To explore the application effect of hierarchical target teaching method in surgical nursing teaching.Method:A total of138nursing students in surgical department of our hospital from June2013to December2015were selected.According to the different internship time,they were divided into65cases of control group(from June2013to June2014)and73cases of observation group(from July2014to December2015).The control group received conventional teaching,while the observation group adopted the hierarchical target teaching method.The theory and skills achievement,and satisfaction with teaching of nursing students in two groups were compared.Result:The scores of theory and skills of undergraduate,junior college and secondary school nursing students in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing students in observation group to teacher’s attitude,initiative explanation,teaching consciousness,operation demonstration ability and implementation of teaching plan were100%,98.63%,97.26%,100%and98.63%respectively,which were significantly higher than89.23%,84.62%,86.15%,87.69%and78.46%in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hierarchical target teaching method in surgical nursing teaching is beneficial to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students,enhance the level of nursing theory knowledge and practical operation skills.The effect is remarkable and worth popularizing and applying.
