摘  要:通过对泰钢180m^2带烧点火炉控制系统的研究,开发出了一套模糊控制系统,运用模糊计算实现点火炉温度的自动控制。该系统投用后提高了温度控制的稳定性,提升了产品质量,提高了劳动效率,降低了劳动强度。In this paper,a set of fuzzy control system is developed to realize the automatic control function of the temperature of the point furnace by studying the control system of the ignition furnace with 180 m2 band sintering machine.The fuzzy control system was developed in the original Siemens S7-400 series PLC of the sintering machine.No other equipment was added.After the control system was developed,automatic control requirements were realized.After the system was put into use,the stability of temperature control and the product quality was improved.The labor efficiency was improved and the labor intensity was reduced.The fuzzy control system can be used in many systems and can be used as reference for other adjustment systems.
