摘  要:在科学技术快速发展中,社会生产力显著提升,大大促进了制造行业的发展,而数控机床以其独特的优势得到了广泛推广和应用。数控机床伺服系统中包括机、电、液、气等多样化技术,长时间运行中磨损不断加剧,故障类型愈加多样,准确判断故障点的难度大。就数控机床伺服系统故障进行深层次剖析,提出有效措施予以解决。In the rapid development of science and technology,the social productivity has greatly promoted,greatly promoting the development of the manufacturing industry,and CNC machine tools have been widely popularized and applied with its unique advantages.The servo system of CNC machine tools includes various technologies,such as machine,electricity,liquid,gas and so on.In the long run,the wear and tear are increasing,the type of fault is more and more,so it is difficult to accurately judge the fault point.This paper makes a deep analysis of the faults of the servo system of CNC machine tools,and puts forward effective measures to solve them.
