摘  要:上世纪80年代至90年代中期,PLC控制在处理模拟量、数字运算、人机接口和网络处理方面得到了迅速发展。因其具有通用性好、抗干扰能力强、可靠性高及编程简单等特点,被越来越多的使用在工业自动化控制方面。由于工业化的发展,印刷包装、化工制药等各行各业排放大量的挥发性有机化合物简称VOCs已经严重危及到了人们的生活健康。根据国家有关部门的相关规定,企业开始采取相关的VOCs处理设备以期净化工厂排放出的VOCs。目前VOCs处理的方式根据处理对象的性质而言是多种多样的。本文就印刷包装行业排放的VOCs处理设备为研究对象进行温度控制。本文介绍了以采用纳米分子筛为吸附工具的VOCs处理设备为被控对象,根据VOCs处理设备的控制系统工作原理,以设备管道内部温度为主要被控制参数,以24KW的加热电阻丝电压为控制参数。并由这些单元组成VOCs处理设备的温度串级控制系统;采用PID控制算法,使用PLC梯形图编程实现整套设备的自动化控制。From the 80s to the mid 90s of last century,PLC control has developed rapidly in dealing with analog,digital,human-machine interface and network processing.Because of its good versatility,strong anti-interference ability,high reliability and simple programming,it is used more and more in industrial automation control.Due to the development of industrialization,a large number of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),which have been discharged from all walks of life,have seriously endangered people’s health.According to the relevant regulations of the relevant departments of the state,enterprises began to take relevant VOCs processing equipment to purify the VOCs emitted from the factory.At present,the way of VOCs processing is varied according to the nature of processing objects.In this paper,the temperature control of the VOCs processing equipment in the printing and packaging industry is carried out.This paper introduces the VOCs processing equipment which uses the nano molecular sieve as the adsorption tool as the controlled object.According to the working principle of the control system of the VOCs processing equipment,the temperature of the equipment pipe is mainly controlled by the internal temperature of the equipment,the temperature of the 24KW heating wire voltage is used as the control parameter.And The temperature cascade control system of VOCs processing equipment is composed of these units.The PID control algorithm is adopted and the PLC ladder diagram is programmed to realize the automatic control of the whole equipment.
