摘 要:为了进一步提高UV-LED印刷固化设备的固化效率,降低其能源消耗,进行了UV油墨和光谱吸收实验,通过紫外-可见分光光度计在190~800nm波长范围内测定UV油墨的吸光度,当光穿过稀释的UV油墨溶液时,油墨中的物质对光的吸收程度随光的波长不同而变化。因此,通过测定不同波长下UV油墨的吸光度,使用MATLAB绘制UV油墨的吸收光谱图,即吸光度与波长的关系图。通过分析吸收光谱的波峰分布,设计一种可用于高效固化UV油墨的UV-LED固化光源系统。In order to further improve the curing efficiency of UV-LED printing and curing equipment and reduce its energy consumption,UV ink and spectral absorption experiments were carried out to measure the absorbance of UV inks in the wavelength range of 190 to 800 nm by an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer when the light was worn.When the diluted UV ink solution is overdone,the degree of light absorption by the substance in the ink varies with the wavelength of the light.Therefore,by measuring the absorbance of UV inks at different wavelengths,the absorption spectra of UV inks,the relationship between absorbance and wavelength,were plotted using MATLAB.By analyzing the peak distribution of the absorption spectrum,a UV-LED curing light source system capable of efficiently curing UV inks was designed.
