摘 要:基于阻尼可调减振器用先导溢流电磁阀的结构特征,在Ansoft Maxwell环境下对电磁阀电磁力进行有限元仿真计算,通过对计算结果的分析获得激励电流与电磁力成近似线性关系的电磁阀行程段(0.4~1.0)mm。将电磁阀电磁力的计算结果导入AMEsim环境下的电磁阀仿真模型中,仿真分析不同电流下电磁阀特性,通过对比阻尼可调减振器的仿真与试验结果间接验证电磁阀仿真模型的正确性。在此基础上分析定值激励电流下电磁阀的压缩弹簧刚度,阀芯锥角,阀芯导向间隙对阀芯稳定开度的影响情况,仿真结果的获得可为该类型的电磁阀设计提供参考。Based on the structural characteristics of the pilot relief valve for adjustable shock absorber,the electromagnetic force of solenoid valve was simulated by Ansoft Maxwell with finite element simulation.Through the analysis of the calculation results,the electromagnetic valve stroke segment with the approximate linear relationship between the excitation current and the electromagnetic force was obtained.The simulation of electromagnetic force was introduced into the model of electromagnetic valve under the AMEsim environment and the characteristics of the solenoid valve were simulated and analyzed.The correctness of the solenoid valve model was indirectly verified by comparing the simulation with the test of adjustable shock absorber.Based on this,the influence of the compression spring stiffness,the cone angle of the valve core and the clearance of the valve core on the steady opening of the valve spool were analyzed.The simulation results provide a reference for the design of the type of solenoid valve.
