浅谈研制单位电镀工时定额管理

摘　　要：工时定额直接关系企业的任务规划、生产计划安排、考核分配、能力评估与资源配置,因此必须重视工时定额管理工作。本文系统分析了研制单位电镀车间生产现状,剖析了影响零件工时定额的几个原因,得出了制定工时定额的几个依据,推进了研制单位各项任务的顺利完成。Man-hour quota is directly related to the task planning,production arranging,employee per?formance evaluating,productive capacity estimating and resource managing of enterprise.Therefore,man-hour quota management should be taken into account.This paper analyzes the distinguishing fea?ture of development type enterprise.The man-hour quota method for development type enterprise is es?tablished by system considering the factors which impact the man hour quota.The research results pro?mote the task accomplishment of enterprise.
