摘 要:为研究聚表剂类型及浓度对乳状液稳定动力学的影响,通过室内实验评价了Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型聚表剂对乳状液稳定动力学参数、ζ电位、界面剪切黏度、界面剪切弹性模量的影响。结果表明:聚表剂分子在油水界面吸附后形成稳定界面膜,带电荷官能团形成双电层,乳状液稳定性增强,聚表剂浓度越大,乳状液稳定性越强;受各类型聚表剂改变ζ电位和界面特性的综合作用,依据C_(A60)、h_c、W_(1/23)个稳定动力学参数得出:聚表剂类型对乳状液稳定性影响的强弱顺序为Ⅲ型>Ⅱ型>Ⅰ型。In order to study the effect of types and concentrations of polymeric surfactant on stability kinetics of emulsions,the effect of typeⅠ,ⅡandⅢpolymeric surfactant on stability kinetics parameter,Zeta potential,interfacial shear viscosity and modulus of elasticity was evaluated in the laboratory.The results show that polymeric surfactant molecules formed a stable interfacial membrane after adsorption at the oil-water interface,and the molecules with charged functional groups formed an electric double-layer,the stability of the emulsion increased.The greater the concentration of the polymeric surfactant was,the stronger the stability of the emulsion was.Due to the changing combined effect of the Zeta potential and interface characteristics using polymeric surfactant,the order of polymeric surfactant by the steady kinetic parameters which were C A60,h c,W 1/2 wasⅢ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ.
