摘 要:鉴于船舶海上作业时起重机吊重的摇摆问题,设计了一种三绳机械减摇装置;其原理是利用三根外设的减摇索在吊钩处形成稳定的力三角形,并有效的限制吊重的摆幅,进而抑制吊重的摇摆。利用牛顿-欧拉方法建立了吊重系统的动力学模型,在MATLAB/Simulink中进行数字建模仿真分析,对不同横摇角度下该装置的减摇情况效果详细的分析,结果表明添加减摇装置后,吊重的面内角可减小86%左右。搭建试验平台进行试验验证,在与仿真条件相同的情况下,吊重的面内角可减小87%左右,面外角可减小95%左右,表明该装置具有明显的减摇效果。To solve the swing of the payload when the ship-mounted crane working at sea,a kind of three ropes mechanical anti-swing device was designed,which can form a stable force triangle at the hook,and it can reduce the length of the lifting rope and the swing of payload.The dynamic equations of the payload were established by Newton-Euler method,and the dynamic model was carried out in MATLAB/Simulink environment.The swing of the payload under different rolling angles was analyzed in a comparative manner.The results showed that the in-plane angle reduced about 86%.Experiment was carried out through the test platform,the in-plane angle reduced about 87%and out-plane angle reduced about 95%of the payload in the case of the anti-swing device.The experimental results verified the effectiveness of the three ropes mechanical anti-swing device.
