摘  要:使用扫描仪获得原始数据,经坐标系设计,将带有多方向旋转信息的原始距离测量值转变为垂直高度的数据分布场,生成相应的时变数值图像。设计图像处理算法,剔除错误数据;推算堆料口下方高度分布参数并实时传输给基于PLC的自动堆料控制系统;利用VTK技术实现料堆的三维重构;利用图像伪彩渲染方法,实现工况现状的整体展现;构建数据库,实现对历史作业的有效存储和作业过程的可视化还原。提出的实时监测系统有助于提高自动堆料控制系统的控制质量。The original data was obtained by the scanner,and the original distance measurement with multidirectional rotation information was transformed into the data distribution field with vertical height by the coordinate system design,and the corresponding time-varying value image was generated.The image processing algorithm was designed.The wrong data was eliminated;the height distribution parameters below the stacking port was calculated and transmitted to the automatic stacking control system based on PLC;the 3D reconstruction of the pile with VTK technology was realized;the image pseudo-color rendering method was used to realize the overall show of the work status quo;a database was built to achieve the effective storage of the historical operation and the visual process of operation to restore.The real-time monitoring system based on this method can improve the control quality of automatic stacking control system.
