摘　　要：在中国科学院或中国知名高校中,课题责任人负责制(PI制)作为一种良好的科研组织管理模式,得到了学界前所未有的重视与应用。在实行PI制的科研团队中,实验室管理员(Laboratory Manager)对维持实验室安全、高效运转扮演着重要的角色。笔者依据PI制天然药物化学研究室十年的工作实践,结合在美国天然产物研究室访学的经历,总结归纳出PI制天然药物化学研究室管理员的职责及好的做法,供同行借鉴。Principal Investigator system(group leader responsibility system),which is one of the good management model for scientific research,has been widely used in Chinese Academy of Sciences or some Chinese universities.Laboratory managers play an important role in the principal investigator system,such as keeping lab safe,maintaining lab working eff ectively and so on.Base on the ten years of experiences in the natural product research laboratory in China and USA,the important responsibility and good practice are summarized in this paper,which may be useful for colleagues.
