摘 要:建立了整车动力学模型,以试验场采集的轮心六分力为激励信号,以实测轴头加速度和弹簧位移为目标信号,运用虚拟迭代方法反求出轮胎接地点处的位移激励,驱动整车模型进行仿真分析,从时域、损伤域、幅值域和频率域多方面对仿真输出结果与实测信号进行了对比分析,结果表明仿真结果与实测信号对标良好,提取了后扭力梁连接点的载荷谱,为后期零部件的疲劳分析提供了输入条件。The full vehicle model was built and wheel center six-component forces which has been acquired from proving ground are taken as excitation signal.The hub acceleration and spring displacement are taken as target signal.The displacement excitation of tire contact patch was back-calculated by applying virtual iteration method,the simulation analysis of full vehicle model was motived,and comparison analysis of simulation result and measurement signal were conducted from multi-aspects,including time domain,damage domain,amplitude domain and frequency domain,the analysis result has shown that simulation result and measurement signal were calibrated well.The load spectrum at interface points of rear twist beam has been extracted,which was used as the input of automobile parts fatigue analysis.
