摘　　要：文章通过对重型卡车车辆铝合金油箱漏油问题进行分析研究,解决了油箱疲劳开裂漏油问题,并从零部件设计、加工、使用维护等方面提出改进措施和建议,有效的解决了油箱渗油问题,提高了油箱的性能和使用寿命。Through the analysis and research on the oil leakage problem of aluminum alloy oil tanks for heavy truck vehicles,this article has solved the problem of oil leakage caused by fatigue cracking of oil tanks,and put forward improvement measures and suggestions from the aspects of parts design,processing,use and maintenance,etc.,effectively solving the oil leakage problem of oil tanks,and improving the performance and service life of oil tanks.
