摘  要:综合创新搜索和创新网络理论,提出创新搜索嵌入的概念,并从知识需求和知识供给视角研究客户及供应商创新搜索嵌入对研发投入与企业绩效间关系的影响。以我国2012-2015年电子信息制造业上市公司为样本进行实证研究,结果发现:高科技产业研发投入对企业绩效有显著促进作用;客户创新搜索嵌入负向调节研发投入与企业绩效间关系;供应商创新搜索嵌入对研发投入与企业绩效间关系呈U型调节。企业需依据搜索渠道类型配置创新搜索嵌入,使创新搜索策略最大程度支持企业研发活动。Synthesizing innovation search and innovation network theories,the author puts forward a new concept,innovation search embeddedness.The study analyzed the impact of innovation search embeddedness of customers and suppliers on the relationship between R&D investment and firm performance from knowledge demand and supply perspective.Through the empirical analysis with the samples of Chinese list firms in electronic information manufacturing industry from 2012-2015,the result indicated that R&D investment has a positive effect on firm performance in high-tech industries;innovation search embeddednessof customers negatively moderated the relationship between R&D investment and firm performance;the moderating effect of innovation search embedded of suppliers on the relationship between R&D investment and firm performance was a U shape.Firms should configure their innovation search embeddedness based on the type of search channels in order to maximize the support of innovation search strategies to innovation activities.
