摘 要:以碳酸钠和湿法磷酸为原料制备超低Ⅰ型三聚磷酸钠。研究了中和温度、中和时间、聚合温度、聚合时间、聚合升温速率以及中和料浆密度等对三聚磷酸钠Ⅰ型含量的影响。得出制备超低Ⅰ型(质量分数为0~3%)三聚磷酸钠的工艺条件:中和温度为80℃,中和时间为50 min,聚合温度为150~170℃,聚合时间为0.5 h,聚合升温速率为7~9℃/min,中和料浆密度为1.2~1.3 g/cm3。The ultra-low typeⅠsodium tripolyphosphate(STPP)was prepared with Na2CO3 and wet-process phosphoric acid(WPPA)as raw materials.The effects of the neutralization reaction temperature,polymerization temperature,polymerization time,heating rate and neutralizing slurry density on the typeⅠcontent of STPP were investigated.The suitable conditions of process were as follows:neutralization reaction temperature was 80℃,polymerization temperature was 150~170℃,polyme-rization time was 0.5 h,neutralization reaction time was 50 min,heating rate was 7~9℃/min,and neutralizing slurry density was 1.2~1.3 g/cm^3.
