摘  要:以酒店员工满意度为出发点,以柬埔寨暹粒速卡度假酒店为研究对象,运用因子分析法进行公因子识别,提取出内外部环境、管理体制、福利与机会、个人空间与自由及薪酬状况五个公因子。通过分别计算出公因子的综合得分,识别出影响柬埔寨暹粒速卡度假酒店员工满意度的因素,为提升酒店业员工满意度提供借鉴。The research takes the hotel employee satisfaction as the starting point and Cambodia Siem Reap Sokha Resort as the research object to conduct a factor analysis to identify the common factors,extracting the common factors of internal and external environment,management system,welfare and opportunities,personal space and freedom,and the payment.Respectively the common factors of the composite scores being calculated,the study identifies the influencing factors of employee satisfaction in Cambodia Siem Reap Sokha Resort,and puts forward some strategies for improving hotel employee satisfaction.
