摘 要:盾构隧道在过大弯矩作用下易发生横椭圆变形超限,且纵缝接头易发生结构病害,因此提出尽量减小弯矩的盾构隧道横断面设计理念。首先提出了零弯矩盾构隧道概念,得到其横断面合理轴线的结构力学模型与解析表达式,以及零弯矩盾构隧道横断面关键参数的计算公式。考虑到一条或多条地铁线路只能选用一种盾构隧道横断面,为此给出了基于弯矩最小化的盾构隧道横断面设计方法,即采用加权平均法确定零弯矩盾构隧道横断面设计的土压力参数,并给出了基于弯矩最小化的盾构隧道隧道横断面设计流程。基于弯矩最小化设计盾构隧道横断面的目的是最大限度地减小全线盾构隧道的弯矩,相比传统的圆形横断面,弯矩最小化盾构隧道横断面的弯矩有了大幅度地减小。Under the action of excessive bending moment,the shield tunnel is prone to transfinite transverse elliptical deformations and the longitudinal joint is prone to structural damage.To address this issue,the idea of minimum bending moment for cross section design of metro shield tunnel was proposed in this paper.Firstly,the concept of no bending moment shield tunnel was presented.Further more,the structural mechanical calculation model and analytical expression of rational axis for no bending moment shield tunnel were obtained,and the computational formulas of key parameters for no bending moment shield tunnel were given.Considering that one or more metro lines can only choose one kind of shield tunnel cross section,a cross-sectional design method of shield tunnel based on minimum bending moment was given,that is,the weighted average method was adopted to determine the earth pressure design parameters for the cross section of no bending moment shield tunnel.Additionally,the design flow chart for minimum bending moment shield tunnel was given.The purpose of designing the cross section of the shield tunnel based on minimum bending moment is to minimize the bending moment for the whole metro line.Compared with traditional circular cross section,the bending moment of the minimum bending moment shield tunnel cross section has been largely reduced.
