摘　　要：报告3例下颌第一磨牙近中3根管的临床病例。病例的诊疗过程应考虑根管变异的可能性,并且有意识地去探查可能的根管口,从而最大限度地减少遗漏根管,提高根管治疗质量。治疗过程中手术显微镜的使用有助于寻找下颌第一磨牙近中额外根管,在根管治疗中发挥越来越重要的作用。This paper describes three cases of mandibular first molar with three mesial canals.The anatomical variation in the root canal system should be considered during the treatment.The root canal orifices should be carefully explored to decrease the most possible chance of missing extra canal and enhance the successful rate of root canal treatment.The available of dental operating microscope increases the chance to find the mesial canal.
