摘  要:代谢组学是"后基因组学"时期的一门新兴学科,其同基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学共同构成了系统生物学的核心内容。代谢组学对生物体系在生理或病理状态下所有内源性小分子代谢产物的动态变化进行分析,从而探索内源性小分子物质与疾病发生发展间的关系。目前,代谢组学被广泛应用于肿瘤标志物筛选、疾病诊断、新药研究与开发等多个领域。近年来,国内外学者通过代谢组学技术分析了乳腺癌患者的代谢物轮廓特征,筛选出有价值的潜在标志物,为乳腺癌的预防、早期诊断和个体化治疗开辟了新途径。本文针对这些乳腺癌潜在代谢标志物进行综述。Metabolomics is a new discipline in the"post-genomics"period,which constitutes the core of system biology together with genomics,transcriptomics and proteomics.Metabolomics analyzes the dynamic changes of all endogenous small metabolites in physiological or pathological state of biological systems in order to explore the relationship between endogenous small molecules and disease development.At present,metabolomics is widely used in many fields,including screening of tumor markers,disease diagnosis,new drug research and development.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have analyzed the characteristics of the metabolite profile of breast cancer by metabolomics techniques,and screened out valuable potential markers,which opened up a new way for the prevention,early diagnosis and individualized treatment of breast cancer.These potential metabolic markers of breast cancer are reviewed in this article.
