摘 要:新型膜式熔断器作为电路保护的关键元件在电子系统中应用广泛,为满足航天应用的需求,对新型膜式熔断器可靠性及适用性也提出了更高的性能指标要求。通过对熔断器功能性能进行分析,结合航天工程中实际电路设计时的应用需求,针对宇航用新型膜式熔断器首创性设计了应用验证评价指标与验证方法,首次实现了对新型熔断器在航天工程应用中的适用性及可靠性评价,可作为航天工程应用的指导依据。The new film fuse is a key component widely used in electronic systems for circuit protection.In order to meet the demand of aerospace application,higher requirements were raised on the new film fuse’s performance indices of reliability and applicability.Based on the analysis of fuse’s indices of function and performance,and the actual application requirements of the circuit design in the aerospace engineering,the verification index and evaluation method for application verification were designed by originality for the new film fuse used in spacecraft.The application and reliability evaluation of the new fuse in aerospace engineering application were realized initially.It can be used as guidance for aerospace engineering application.
