摘　　要：教师的素养是一个多层次、多内容、多结构的问题。如何评价和提升体育教师的素养是一个值得关注的问题。《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》(以下简称《意见》)中提出了全面深化新时代教师队伍建设的改革意见。《意见》中多次提及教师素质,并提出"培养高素养教师队伍"的指导思想。体育教师作为教师队伍的重要组成部分,其素养颇有争议。在解析体育教师素养状况的基础上,探究理想体育教师素养画像,提出体育教师素养提升方略即补齐短板:既要补齐先天性短板,完善和充实体育学科内涵;又要补齐后天性短板,促进体育教师从各方面提升自身素养。The quality of teachers is a multi-level,multi-content and multi-structural problem.How to evaluate and enhance the quality of PE teachers is a matter of concern.In order to thoroughly carry out the spirit of the 19th session of CPC national congress and create a contingent of innovative teachers with high quality and professionalization of the party and the people,Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Comprehensive Deepening of the Reform of Teaching Staff Construction in the New Era(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions)have been put forward to deepen the construction of the new era of teachers.The Opinions repeatedly mentioned the quality of teachers,and put forward the guiding ideology of“training high quality teachers”.As an important part of the teaching staff,the quality of physical education teachers is quite controversial.On the basis of analyzing the status of physical education teachers’accomplishment,this paper probes into the quality picture of ideal physical education teachers,and puts forward the strategy of improving the quality of physical education teachers:It is proposed that the strategy of improving the quality of PE teachers is to complement the short board,not only to complement the congenital short board,improve and enrich the connotation of the sports discipline,but also to complement the acquired short board to promote the physical education teachers to improve their own quality.
