摘  要:目的:探讨引导骨再生膜技术对种植体成骨生长及骨性结合的影响。方法:选择在医院就诊的60例上颌前牙单牙缺失患者,按不同手术方法将应用常规骨劈开骨挤压术的患者纳入对照组(23例),应用常规骨劈开骨挤压术联合引导骨再生膜技术的患者纳入观察组(37例)。评价术后24个月两组患者种植体的成功率、成骨厚度及成骨率及骨性结合情况,并进行比较分析。结果:两组患者术后24个月的种植体成功率均为100%。术后24个月两组患者及成骨率观察组优于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(x^2=6.041,P<0.05);种植体与周围骨床的结合差异无统计学意义;种植床的骨密度、成骨厚度观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.913,t=12.690;P<0.05)。结论:引导骨再生膜技术可以提高成骨生长效果与种植床的骨密度。Objective:To explore the effects of guided osteanagenesis membrane technique on osteogenesis growth and bony union of teeth implantation.Methods:60 patients with maxillary anterior single tooth loss were selected,and they were divided into control group(23 cases who received routine bone splitting and bone condensing technique)and observation group(37 cases who received routine method combined with guided osteanagenesis membrane technique).The success rate of teeth implantation,osteogenesis thickness,osteogenesis rate and the situation of bony union of the two groups 24-month post operation were evaluated,compared and analyzed.Results:Both of success rate of teeth implantation of the two groups were 100%.At 24 months post operation,the osteogenesis rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(x^2=6.041,P<0.05).And the difference of the integration of teeth implantation and surrounding bone gum between the two groups was no significant.In addition,the bone mineral density of implanting gum and osteogenesis thickness of observation group were significantly better than that of control group(t=5.913,t=12.690,P<0.05).Conclusion:Guided bone regeneration technique can improve the effect of osteogenesis growth and bone mineral density of implanting gum.
