摘　　要：目的:设计一种医院信息系统(HIS)中患者主索引数据的管理方法,解决HIS中患者主索引数据的大量冗余导致的其诊疗数据低利用率问题。方法:创建患者身份主索引表,进行主索引相似度计算,将患者唯一身份识别(ID)和患者ID存入患者身份主索引表。结果:根据唯一身份ID查询患者身份主索引表,得出该患者曾经使用过的患者ID,从而可检索该患者的历史诊疗数据,提高患者的诊疗效率。结论:患者主索引数据的管理方法可实现患者主索引数据的规范化管理,提高历史诊疗数据的可用性,对避免医疗资源浪费具有重要意义。Objective:To design a kind of management method for patient’s master index data in hospital information system(HIS)system so as to solve the problem of poor usability efficiency of clinical data which were caused by the massively redundancy of patient’s master index data in HIS system.Methods:Through created index table of patient identity and implement similarity calculation for patient’s master index data,the unique identity document(ID)of patient and patient ID were saved into the main index table about patient's identity.Results:Based on the unique ID can inquire the main index table of patient's identity and obtain they once used patient's ID,and thus all of data of diagnosis and treatment about this patient could be indexed and it could increase efficiency of diagnosis and treatment for patients.Conclusion:The management method of patient's main index data can achieve the standardized management of these data,and can enhance the availability about data of historical diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,it has important significance for avoiding waste of medical resource.
