摘　　要：目的探讨真空辅助旋切术应用于乳腺病灶活检与治疗中的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2018年2月我院98例乳腺肿块患者的临床资料,其中行真空辅助旋切术进行乳腺病灶活检与治疗49例患者作为研究组,行常规开放手术进行乳腺病灶活检与治疗49例患者作为对照组。结果研究组手术时间、切口长度与愈合时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率4.08%,低于对照组18.37%(P<0.05)。两组在术后病理结果与病理不完整性对比中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论真空辅助旋切术应用于乳腺病灶活检与治疗中具有显著的效果。Objective To explore the effect of vacuum assisted rotary biopsy in biopsy and treatment of breast lesions.Methods The clinical data of 98 cases of breast lumps in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were analyzed.Of them,49 cases of biopsy and treatment were treated by vacuum assisted circumflex technique,and 49 cases were treated by open biopsy and treatment as control group.Results The operation time,length of incision and healing time in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was 4.08%,which was lower than that of the control group 18.37%(P<0.05).There was no difference in postoperative pathological results and pathological incompleteness between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vacuum assisted rotary biopsy has significant effect in biopsy and treatment of breast lesions.
